3. Do you offer group bookings for events such as bridal showers or birthday parties?
Yes, we offer group bookings for special events and celebrations. Our kids birthday parties, bridal parties, client appreciation events are very popular. Please contact us in advance to discuss your requirements and customize the experience for your group.
4. Why am I being asked for a non-refundable deposit to secure my appointment?
We request a non-refundable deposit in certain situations to minimize any potential losses and ensure that we can accommodate your appointment effectively. These situations may include your first appointment on our busiest days, group bookings, or when the total appointment value exceeds a certain amount.

11. How can I purchase an e-certificate?
You can contact us via email or phone to provide the sender and recipient details (which can be kept as a surprise), and we’ll be happy to issue an e-gift certificate. We securely store a copy in the recipient’s profile, eliminating the need for them to carry it physically.
